Using Tags!

On the RP comm, tag each initial game post with the following:

*Game:Game name

Location: Location of the post

Era: Time period

Scenario: If any

Characters

Canonicity: Level of canonicity

Which could result in the following list of tags for a game:

Game: Mischief managed, Location: Hogwarts, Location: Quidditch Pitch, Era: 1970s, Scenario: Quidditch touranment, Atton Rand, Prince Albert, Galileo Galilei, King Shark, Canonicity: Barely canon

When a game continues into more posts beyond its first, all that it needs to be tagged with is its personal game tag unless there is an extreme change in the setup. It is up to players to add their own character tags.

For the OOC comm, information posts for games on the main comm need the following:

Game:Game name

Open or Closed (in regards to needing players)

App game (if it needs apps)

Free game (if it does not)

Canonicity: (canon, somewhat canon, barely canon)

The previous given game example would have an info post with the following tags: Game: Mischief managed, Open, Free Game, Canonicity: Barely canon
